Calm Your Chaos From Toe to Top
Relaxation (Yin) Yoga
Energizing (Kundalini) Yoga
Reset Your Nervous System
Reconnect With Your Body
Reclaim the Art of Presence
For when you need to stop doing and start being.
This is yoga for people who are tired of hustling, optimizing, and performing. Longer-held poses tied to the rhythms of Venus and the Moon. Deep stretches that let your body soften. Permission to just... exist.
What You'll Experience:
Poses held 3–5 minutes (your body needs time to release)
Focus on hips, shoulders, and all the places you store stress
Supportive, meditative, and fun atmosphere (we've got floating candles and a magic wand to illuminate them)
The radical act of receiving instead of achieving (ending with a relaxing rose oil temple massage)
This class is for you if:
Your nervous system is fried
You're great at doing but terrible at resting
You want to reclaim the lost art of presence
You're ready to let go of the tension you may not know you're holding
Awaken your energy AND calm yourself at the same time.
Yes, both. This isn't just stretching—it's conscious energy work. Breath, mindfulness, deep movement, and the kind of practice that helps you align with your most authentic self. You'll leave feeling simultaneously activated and grounded.
What You'll Experience:
Dynamic breathwork (prepare to feel ALIVE)
Repetitive movements that quiet the mental chatter
Deep stretches combined with intentional energy flow
Permission to be weird, to shake, to make sounds
This class is for you if:
You're stuck and need to move energy
You want to feel more like YOU
Coffee isn't cutting it anymore
You're ready to radiate instead of simply survive
